What we do
- For sellers. We make cash offers on residential property, handle the walkthrough and title work, and close on the seller's timeline without listing, showings, or repairs.
- For buyers and investors. We source off-market and value-add residential properties and share deals that match an investor's stated criteria, budget, and target areas.
Our text messaging program
Grovano Inc uses SMS to communicate with clients and leads who have asked us to text them. There are two separate message categories, and you consent to each one separately:
- Transaction updates. Cash offer confirmations and details, follow-up questions about your property, walkthrough and showing scheduling, and closing status updates.
- Property and deal alerts (marketing). Investment properties and deals matching criteria you gave us, including new listings and price changes.
Consenting to one does not consent you to the other, and neither is required. We only text people who have given us express written consent, and we never buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from lead lists or third parties.
